If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not utilize our digital portal or request on-site works.

2. Services & Inspection Bookings

Our free site inspection service is subject to availability and scheduling slots allotted through our backend portal:

• Booking Availability: Selecting a preferred date and time slot does not constitute a guaranteed booking until confirmed via WhatsApp, phone, or email by our team.
• Accurate Details: You agree to provide true and accurate information (name, valid phone, site address, and upload photos of defects) to help us evaluate the service requirements.
• Double Bookings: We reserve the right to reschedule any double-booked slots due to timing conflicts or technician availability.

3. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates, inspection scores, and digital quotes provided on or through this website are preliminary estimates. Binding quotations are only generated after a detailed physical site inspection and are valid for 30 days from issuance, unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, case studies, project photographs, videos, and layouts, is the intellectual property of Riddhi Buildcon. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution of our media or content is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Riddhi Buildcon will not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use of this website, minor inspection delays, or force majeure events. All structural repair and waterproofing operations are executed in accordance with technical manufacturer guidelines (e.g. Sika, Fosroc, Dr. Fixit) and carry respective warranties specified in service contracts.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kalyan/Thane.
